The Sales Executive role is responsible for both inbound leads and outbound sales efforts in order to design a solution that solves customer’s challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate mastery of Alef  product suite in order to design a solution that solves customer’s challenge(s)
  • Develop and execute on territory and industry strategy
  • Responsible for both inbound leads and outbound sales efforts 
  • Execute outbound sales strategies through collaboration with Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Be entrepreneurial -- stay current with industry news to develop marketing initiatives and create client events to attract prospects
  • Utilize sales enablement tools to create professional, tailored prospecting strategies

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business development with a focus on product  selling and a consistent record in sales
  • Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals
  • Hunter mentality with demonstrated ability to exceed high sales quotas.
  • Willingness to approach every problem as an entrepreneur with grit, creativity, and persistence
  • Background in working for Government, Health care, Education, Real Estate industries is a plus in the North East , South and West regions.
  • Strong communication, organization, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and dealing with C-Level executives over the phone and in person.
  • Experience in managing and growing business within organizations like SAAS.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, commerce or related subjects, CFA, MBA will be a plus.
  • Experience selling Enterprise, Communication and Data Services, Enterprise Applications
