AP/AR Position

The AP/AR role will be tasked with receiving, opening, and logging invoices in our billing software, as well as other duties like bank reconciliation, accounts payable, invoice and data entry, and expense report handling.

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented billing administrator who will be responsible for maintaining payable and accounts receivable for our company. You will be tasked with receiving, opening, and logging invoices in our billing software, as well as other duties like bank reconciliation, accounts payable, invoice and data entry, and expense report handling.

For you to be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and QB. Our ideal candidate possesses 5+ years’ experience in a related position. Having experience with Rev.io is a plus.


  • Take ownership of the full accounting cycle in Rev.io.
  • Ensure accuracy of Rev.io database thru daily checks and processes and procedures.
  • Ensure collections are being made on a timely basis in Rev.io.
  • Assist customers with questions about their bills.
  • Collect confidential credit card information and store it in customers’ accounts in Rev.io.
  • Work with the sales team to input new orders into Rev.io.
  • Process MACD’s (Moves, Changes, Adds, Deletes) thru Rev.io.
  • Generate quotes for new customers using Rev.io.
  • Assist partners and agents in the use of Rev.io.
  • Ensure timely payment of partner commissions using Rev.io.
  • Process ACH and credit card receivables thru our bank.
  • Processing and recording transactions in Quickbooks.
  • Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
  • Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
  • Generating reports and statements for internal use.
  • General ledger journal entries in Quickbooks.
  • Handling payments in an organized and timely manner.
  • Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
  • Internal credit card reconciliation when required.
  • Assisting with audit support as necessary.
  • Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process.


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Experience with Rev.io a must
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
